Angelique started ‘Angel Reads’ in 2012 when she wanted to share her love for young adult novels. Angel Reads has grown over the years with Angelique and now she shares her love for young adult, new adult, romance and historical fiction novels.
She is an avid member of the YA community and has shared her love for #LoveOZYA by interviewing Australian Young Adult authors for a #LoveOZYA series. Angelique graduated from the Associate Degree in Professional Writing and Editing and the Bachelor of Communication – Public Relations at RMIT, Melbourne. Angelique is currently a bookseller.

Hey, thank you for stopping by, my name is Angelique, but everyone calls me Angel, and if you haven’t already guessed … I love books. I read mostly Young Adult, New Adult, Historical Fiction and Romance novels. I review books that are both traditionally published and self-published. You can contact me for more information.
I was born and live in Melbourne, Australian. I graduated with an Associate Degree in Professional Writing and Editing in 2016 and currently studying for my Bach in Communications – Public Relations. I love writing and hope to one day become an author as well as work in the publishing industry.
I have many years of experience in the publishing industry from interning at Hardie Grant Egmont and Melbourne Writers Festival. In 2016 I worked as a Social Media Manager for Visible Ink Anthology, working on content, graphics, and live-tweeting events. The 2016 the anthology will be published in November. I am currently a bookseller of nearly 3 years.
