Popular Books That I’ve Loved To Read

Popular Books That I’ve Loved To Read

Nov 3, 2022

On Tuesday I share some of the underhyped books that I loved reading. So today I thought I would share books that were/have become popular that I loved. From old favourites to books I’ve read this year. I tried to share a mix of different romance genres and more.

It’s really hard to say what is popular sometimes. But this is based on my experience and what I have seen as a bookseller, and on social media. And as always these are in no real order. So let’s go.

Lessons in Corruption (The Fallen Men #1) by Giana Darling | From Lukov with Love by Mariana Zapata. | Broken Bonds (The Bonds That Tie #1) by J. Bree. | Neon Gods (Dark Olympus #1) by Katee Robert.

The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood | Brutal Prince (Brutal Birthright #1) by Sophie Lark.  | 7th Circle (Hades #1) by Tate James | From Blood and Ash (Blood and Ash #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout.

Birthday Girl by Penelope Douglas | Twisted Games (Twisted #2) by Ana Huang. | It Ain’t Me, Babe (Hades Hangmen #1) by Tillie Cole | Praise (Salacious Players Club #1) by Sara Cate.

And there we go! Those are some of the popular books that I’ve loved to read. What popular books have you loved? Have you read any of these books? What do you think of them? Let’s Chat!

Underhyped Books That I Cannot Help But Love

Underhyped Books That I Cannot Help But Love

Nov 1, 2022

This week I’m sharing the underhyped books that I cannot but love. Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and Bookish and is hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl

I really struggled with this week’s topic. Mainly because who I think may be an unlikeable character, someone else might disagree. So I decided to play around with this theme, and instead share underhyped books that I love.

I love sharing books that I love and that don’t see around a lot. That I want more people to read. So I thought it would be the perfect post to share some of the underhyped books that I cannot help but love. Let’s get right into it. And always these are in no order.

One Night in Garoureve (The Shifters of Garoureve #1) by Elle M. Drew – Review. | Lilacs and Leather (Pack Saint Clair #1) by Thora Woods. | Find Me (WITSEC #1) by Ashley N. Rostek | Dark Horse (A Demon’s Guide to the Afterlife #1) by Kel Carpenter and Aurelia Jane.

The Mistletoe Motive by Chloe Liese | Tin (Faeries of Oz #1) by Candace Robinson and Amber R. Duell. |Drag Me Up (Gods of Hunger #1) by R.M. Virtues. | Queen Takes Knights (Their Vampire Queen #1) by Joely Sue Burkhart.

The Ones Who Got Away (The Ones Who Got Away #1) by Roni Loren | A Delicate Deception (Regency Imposters #3) by Cat Sebastian.

And there we go. Those are some of the books that I think are underhyped that I cannot help but love. Have you read any fo these books? What did you think of them? What made it to your list this week?Let’s chat!

Getting Back Into Reading | October Wrap Up

Getting Back Into Reading | October Wrap Up

Oct 30, 2022

October started off slow, but as the month went on I got to reading more and more. I read a mix of things this month. From some new-to-me authors and old favourites. It was a mix of contemporary to monster and darker romances.

I really like the mix that I did have this month. If I was ever getting bored with something or I felt that I was going to go into a slump. I would just switch it up. I did plan to read more monster romances for Halloween. But I didn’t get to as many as I would have liked. But I did have a good time reading what I did.

Anyway enough of all this. Here are all the books that I read this October. And as always these are in no real order.

Washed In Blood (Heaven’s Guardians MC #1) by Ashley Lane – 3 Stars | Silenced By Sin (Heaven’s Guardians MC #2) by Ashley Lane – 3 Stars. | Haunted By Regret (Heaven’s Guardians MC #3) by Ashley Lane – 3 Stars | Betrayed by Beauty (Heaven’s Guardians MC #4) by Ashley Lane – 3 Stars.

Laurels and Liquor (Pack Saint Clair #3) by Thora Woods – 3.5 Stars – Review | Icebreaker (UCMH #1) by Hannah Grace – 4 stars – Review. | Muscles & Monsters (Leviathan Fitness #1) by Ashley Bennett – 3.5 Stars | Tentacles & Triathlons (Leviathan Fitness #2) by Ashley Bennett – 3.5 Stars.

Failure to Thrive by Elle Rivers – 2 Stars | Just Drop Out (Hannaford Prep #1) by J Bree – 3.5 Stars.  | Make Your Move (Hannaford Prep #2) by J. Bree – 4 Stars | Play the Game (Hannaford Prep #3) by J. Bree – 3.5 Stars.

Monster’s Plaything (Monster & Me #1) by C.R. Jane and Mila Young – 4 Stars. | Rookie Move (Brooklyn Bruisers #1) by Sarina Bowen – 4 Stars Reread. | Hard Hitter (Brooklyn Bruisers #2) by Sarina Bowen – 3.5 Stars Reread. | Pipe Dreams (Brooklyn Bruisers #3) by Sarina Bowen – 4 Stars Reread.

Brooklynaire (Brooklyn Bruisers #4) by Sarina Bowen – 4 Stars Reread. | Bountiful (True North #4) by Sarina Bowen – 4 Stars Reread.

And there we go. Those are all the books that I read this October. I did a little re-read at the end of the month, as I felt like I was falling into a little slump. But I’m currently reading Queen of the Vampire Court by Katee Robert and loving it so that is exciting. Overall my month ended up being pretty good.

What did you read this month? What was your favourite read? Have you read anything from my wrap-up? What did you think of them? Is there anything you are looking forward to reading in November? Nevertheless, Let’s Chat

I had such a great time reading this book. I didn’ I had such a great time reading this book. I didn’t know what to expect, but at the same time it was exactly what I wanted.

Driven is an entertaining, suspenseful new adult romance debut that has a second chance romance, is brothers best friend and has fast cars.

It’s one of those books that is perfect for those looking for something that they won’t want to put down, leave them second guessing and wanting more.

It’s full of second changes, finding yourself and falling for the one person that is forbidden.

This is all such a great debut novel that makes me want to read more from Emma J Warrender.
