Books I Wish I Could Read For The First Time Again

Books I Wish I Could Read For The First Time Again

June 22, 2021 Posted by angelreads Features, Top Ten Tuesday 7 Comments

This week I’m sharing the books I wish I could read for the first time again. Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and Bookish and is hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl.

Today’s Top Ten Tuesday was a lot of fun to do. It was a freebie with the theme of wishes. So I decided to share the books I wish I could read for the very first time again. Sometimes I read a book and just fall in love with everything about it. And while I do love re-reading it, there is something about that first experience that packs a punch. So today I’m sharing those books. That books that I wish I could read for the first time again. Like always these are in no order.

The House in the Cerulean Sea by T.J. Klune – Review | The Lightning Thief (Percy Jackson and the Olympians #1) by Rick Riordan | Daughter of Smoke & Bone (Daughter of Smoke & Bone #1) by Laini Taylor | Clockwork Angel (The Infernal Devices #1) by Cassandra Clare

The Winner’s Curse (The Winner’s Trilogy #1) by Marie Rutkoski | Full Measures (Flight & Glory #1) by Rebecca Yarros | Vampire Academy (Vampire Academy #1) by Richelle Mead | The Poet X by Elizabeth Acevedo – Review

The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller – Discussion | Every Breath (Every #1) by Ellie Marney

And there we go. Those are the books that I wish I could read for the first time again. Have you read any of these books? Do you feel the same? What are some of the books that you wish you could read for the first time again? Let’s Chat!

I’m yet to read The Song of Achilles but have been hearing so much praise that I really must get to it soon. Happy reading! My TTT https://readwithstefani.com/ten-books-on-my-wishlist/

I still need to read The Song of Achilles. I read Percy Jackson for the first time last year and loved it. I need to continue on!

There’s nothing like reading a book for the first time is there? I think that’s why I rarely re-read books – it’s impossible to re-create that experience!

    Happy TTT!

I so wish I could read The Lightning Thief for the first time again. I’ve reread it since the first time and still really enjoyed it but it wasn’t quite the same as the magic of the first time.

I had such a great time reading this book. I didn’ I had such a great time reading this book. I didn’t know what to expect, but at the same time it was exactly what I wanted.

Driven is an entertaining, suspenseful new adult romance debut that has a second chance romance, is brothers best friend and has fast cars.

It’s one of those books that is perfect for those looking for something that they won’t want to put down, leave them second guessing and wanting more.

It’s full of second changes, finding yourself and falling for the one person that is forbidden.

This is all such a great debut novel that makes me want to read more from Emma J Warrender.

What are some of your latest reads? Anything that has stood out for you? A 5 star? Let’s chat!
