Dynamic Duos and Teams That Just Work | TTT

Dynamic Duos and Teams That Just Work | TTT

February 22, 2022 Posted by angelreads Top Ten Tuesday 6 Comments

This week I’m sharing the duos and teams in books that just work. Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and Bookish and is hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl.

I changed this weeks topic up just a little because I realised I love more teams than duos. I also played with it and I didn’t just include friendships groups or pairs. Also I included any other relationships. This post was really fun to put together and with Valentines Day being yesterday, I did pick a lot of romantic relationships too.

I’ve been reading some really interesting romances lately and some duos and teams even made this list. As always these are in no order. Let’s get into it.

Merry Thieves from The Last Hours series by Cassandra Clare | Crows from Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo | Sienna and Hawk from Kiss of Snow (Psy-Changeling #10) by Nalini Singh | August’s Friendship Group from One Last Stop by Casey McQuiston.

Persephone and Hades from Neon Gods (Dark Olympus #1) by Katee Robert | Lola and her Pack from Lola & the Millionaires by Kathryn Moon | Olive and Adam from The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood | Hades and her boys from the Hades series by Tate James.

Linus and the Crew from The House in the Cerulean Sea by T.J. Klune | Jack and Bittle from Check Please! by Ngozi Ukazu.

And there we go, those are some of my favourite duos and teams. I love that I have a mix of relationships here. Have you read any of these books? What do you think of my list? Who made it on yours? Let’s Chat!

I loved Check Please! I need the second one. August’s friend group in One Last Stop is amazing, I agree.

I haven’t read any of these (I need to try Klune’s!), but I love your interpretation.

I had such a great time reading this book. I didn’ I had such a great time reading this book. I didn’t know what to expect, but at the same time it was exactly what I wanted.

Driven is an entertaining, suspenseful new adult romance debut that has a second chance romance, is brothers best friend and has fast cars.

It’s one of those books that is perfect for those looking for something that they won’t want to put down, leave them second guessing and wanting more.

It’s full of second changes, finding yourself and falling for the one person that is forbidden.

This is all such a great debut novel that makes me want to read more from Emma J Warrender.

Honestly I haven’t been a lot this year at all, es Honestly I haven’t been a lot this year at all, especially compared to what I normally read. Because you know life but I wanted to share some of my latest reads.

I finished a series, I re read a book that I had an inch to read. I also picked up another YA! Who am I? Nothing really that stood out but knocked a few more off my tbr.

What are some of your latest reads? Anything that has stood out for you? A 5 star? Let’s chat!
