Series I Want To Start In 2022

A few weeks ago I shared the series that I want to finish reading this year. So today I thought I would share some of the series that I want to start. I mean I still have a whole load to finish, but sometimes you need something new and fresh.

Most of these series are some but some young adult and fantasy made it to this list. Some of these series are completed and some have only just started. But let’s get right into it. As always these are in no order. Here are the series that I want to start in 2022.

A Demon’s Guide to the Afterlife by Kel Carpenter and Aurelia Jane | The Bridge Kingdom by Danielle L. Jensen | The Plated Prisoner by Raven Kennedy | VIP by Kristen Callihan.

Defy the Night by Brigid Kemmerer | Crescent City by Sarah J. Maas | Iron Widow by Xiran Jay Zhao | The Boulder Wolves by Olivia Wildenstein.

Souls Trilogy by Harley Laroux | Monsters & Muses by Sav R. Miller | Fae Guardians by Lana Pecherczyk | The Poppy War by R.F. Kuang.

And there we go. Those are the series’ that I want to start in 2022. As you can see it’s a range of series from new ones to completed series. And from romances to young adult and fantasy. Which series should I start on? Have you read any of them? Let’s Chat!

I definitely want to start the Crescent City series this year. I’m getting so much fomo right now!

Such great recommendations here! I have been on such a series kick lately… I guess they make reading a book feel less final because you know that you have more to look forward to! I just finished Book 1 of a series I am so excited about (The Black Wolves series) by JS Murphy. The book is called “The Blessing of the Black Wolves” (you can read more about it here- https://www.jsmurphy.ca/) and when I say I couldn’t put this book down, I mean I finished it in a weekend. The main character, Laran Tania, kind of reminds me of Daenerys from Game of Thrones. She is a strong, brave woman with a special gift, and yet, she finds herself at the mercy of a brutal captor. When she saves the life of a young nobleman who had shown her kindness in the past this sets in motion her exciting escape (not to mention the adoration of this nobleman). I really enjoyed this amazing world the author created, and I am so looking forward to Book 2! It’s next on the list! If you do check it out, I would love to hear what you think.
