Authors Backlist Books That I Still Need To Read

Today I want to share the backlists titles from some authors I love that I still need to read. I have done this kind of post a few times and enjoy doing it. It’s a great way for me to check in with authors that I love and see what I haven’t read yet.

A backlist title mostly refers to books published at least a year ago or two ago. Sometimes authors only have a few backlist books and other times they can have lists of books. So today I’m sharing some of the backlist titles that I need to read from authors that I have enjoyed reading.

Let’s get right into it. There is a mix of books and authors here. From recent favourites to authors I’ve been reading for years. As always these are in no order. Let’s go.

Books That Are Perfect To Read On Vacation

This week I’m sharing then books that I think are perfect to read on vacation. Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and Bookish and is hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl.

While the weather is still not fantastic here in Melbourne. We are getting a few warmer days. This is what I think of when I hear holiday or vacation. It’s summer or spring. Nice warm weather, beaches and pools. Reading outside in the run. So today I’m sharing the books that I think are perfect for a vacation.

There is a mix of books here. But most are on the contemporary side. As I love reading books in one sitting and for some reason contemporaries allow me to do that. As always these are in no order. Let’s go.

Completed Series I Wish Had More Books

This week I’m sharing the completed series which I wish had more books. Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and Bookish and is hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl.

Now most of the time, when an author finishes a series, it’s complete to me. They are the creators, they know when it’s time to finish their characters story. But there are times when I’ve wanted series to have more books, for my own selfish reason.

Nearly all the series I’ve mentioned in today’s TTT are young adult. Are most are in the fantasy/sci-fi realm. To me these are the series that I feel can have more expansion, that another book wouldn’t do it harm. It’s selfish really, because these are some of my favourite series, and I didn’t really want the series to end.

So let’s get into it, these are the series I wish I had more books. And as normal these are in no particular order.
