Getting Right Back Into It | May Wrap Up

May was a really good reading month for me. For the past few months, I just haven’t felt in the best mood to be reading. But I had a good start in May and got me right back into reading.

It was a very up and down reading month bookwise. I adored some books and really didn’t like others. And then there were a few that sat in the middle. I read some books that have been on my tbr for some time as well as some new releases that I have been hanging for. But let’s get right into it. As always these are in no real order.

Not A Great Reading Month | April Wrap Up

Well, I wasn’t expecting my April to go like this. I was finally back into reading after the slump I had last month. But then at the start of April, I ended up catching Covid… It wasn’t a great time, I was pretty out of it for a while. And even after I still wasn’t able to concentrate that much. Which lead to a not great reading month for me.

So I re-read a few books and read some books that had been on my tbr for a while. I also was able to read a few novellas. By doing these few things, I was able to keep on reading without pushing myself too much. And while I didn’t read as much as I would have liked, I did read some fantastic books this month. So let’s get into it. These are the books I read in my not so great April.

A Very Up and Down Reading Month | March Wrap Up

My march reading was very up and down. There was a good part of the month when I just didn’t read that much. Mostly it’s because I didn’t know what I wanted to read. And as a mood reader, it makes it hard to pick up a book. And then towards the end, I powered through.

I still managed to read a really good amount of books. With a lot of them being novellas or short stories. But I read some new authors, some books that have been on my tbr for a little while.
